ADHD Coaching Explained
ADHD Coaching Explained
ADHD coaching offers a supportive space to better understand yourself, what you value, and the strengths you already have inside you.
With specialized, strength-based ADHD coaching, you will learn how your unique brain wiring works and begin building tools that improve your quality of life in practical, meaningful ways.
What is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD coaching blends education about how your ADHD brain works with collaborative, strengths-based coaching.
Together, we will:
- Identify executive function challenges and emotional roadblocks
- Build strategies that work with your brain, not against it
- Strengthen confidence in your unique abilities
- Create a practical toolkit you can use every day
ADHD coaching is not therapy — it’s a specialized, collaborative partnership created specifically for the ADHD brain.
Through this work, challenges become stepping stones as you learn to understand and work with your neurodiverse mind.

Meet Bobbi – Your ADHD Coach
I discovered my ADHD in adulthood — and it reframed a lifetime of “Why is this so hard for me?” questions. What I once labeled as inconsistency or lack of discipline turned out to be a different way of processing the world.
That realization changed everything.
I work with adults and college students navigating ADHD — whether newly diagnosed, questioning, or simply feeling overwhelmed by executive function challenges. I’m especially passionate about supporting women and individuals who are discovering their ADHD later in life, and I also love helping students build skills early so they can move forward with confidence.
My coaching style blends structure with compassion. We build systems that support your real life — whether that’s managing coursework, career demands, or daily responsibilities. We experiment. We adjust. We focus on forward momentum — without shame.
ADHD coaching isn’t about fixing you. It’s about understanding how your brain works so you can build a life that works with it.
If this resonates, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

What’s the difference?
- Therapy often focuses on healing the past and addressing mental health concerns.
- Life Coaching focuses broadly on goals and personal development.
- ADHD Coaching focuses specifically on how the ADHD brain functions and how to build tools, structure, and strategies that support daily life.
Many people benefit from both therapy and ADHD coaching at the same time, as they serve different but complementary roles. Therapy and coaching often work beautifully together.
