About Us

Our Mission is to Empower Your Life

At Sierra Dragonfly Center, we strive to provide high-quality mental health therapy that is compassionate, inclusive, and accessible while also nurturing future generations of mental health professionals. We prioritize both the well-being of our clients and the mental health professionals who support them. This value-driven belief allows our therapists to offer transformative experiences that guide clients toward healing and empowerment. We are deeply committed to contributing to a world where mental health is understood and prioritized as an essential part of overall well-being. By creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered, we aim to support each client’s journey toward healing and growth by offering tailored therapeutic services that allow them to embrace their unique story. Together, we transform obstacles into opportunities, fostering hope and resilience in every life we touch.

Our History

Founded by a group of passionate women with a deep love for our community, we are dedicated to breaking down the barriers of stigma around mental health. Our center offers a safe, inclusive, and compassionate environment where you are valued, believed in, and respected.

Bobbi Wilkinson, ADHD Coach

Founder, Sierra Dragonfly Center

“In any given moment, we have two options:

to step forward into growth or step back into safety.”

~ Abraham Maslow

As the Founder of Sierra Dragonfly Center and an ADHD Coach, I know firsthand what it feels like to grow up believing you are “too much,” “not enough,” or somehow missing something everyone else seems to have.

I discovered my ADHD as an adult — and it changed everything.

For years, I carried quiet questions: Why does this feel harder for me? Why can I accomplish so much and still feel behind? Learning I was neurodivergent didn’t box me in – it freed me. It reframed my entire story and helped me understand that I was never lazy, broken, or lacking. I was simply wired differently.

That understanding is what led me to ADHD coaching.

I completed my ADHD coach training through ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and am currently completing advanced certification requirements through PAAC (Professional Association for ADHD Coaches) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Today, I coach capable, high-capacity adults with ADHD who are ready to work with their brains instead of against them. My approach blends strengths-based insight, practical strategy, and compassionate accountability.

Before founding Sierra Dragonfly Center, I spent over thirty years in education, Human Resources, and business management. Those experiences shaped my leadership philosophy and deepened my belief that people thrive in environments where they feel valued, heard, and empowered. That belief ultimately led me to create Sierra Dragonfly Center — a space dedicated to compassionate mental health support and the intentional development of future clinicians in Northern Nevada.

Beyond coaching and leadership, I’m fueled by creativity and connection. My Golden Retriever, Libbi — named after the Portuguese word for dragonfly, “Libélula” — keeps life joyful and grounded. I’m also the creative voice behind Sorriso Studios, where I explore commercial and character voice-over work.

If you’re navigating ADHD and wondering what might change if you worked with your brain instead of against it, you’re not alone. Growth begins with understanding – and I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Leilani Navarrette

Business Manager

Born and raised in Nevada, opening Sierra Dragonfly Center was a way for me to give back to the community that has given me so much. From an early age, I was drawn to the power of connection and the importance of understanding the human experience. My passion for mental health care stems from a deep desire to help others and create a safe and welcoming space where everyone can access the support they need to thrive. I believe that mental health care should be accessible, compassionate, and free from stigma.

In my role as Business Manager, I focus on managing operations and developing strategies that truly meet the needs of our community. My extensive leadership experience across various sectors has equipped me with the skills necessary to guide our team and support our clients with empathy and understanding. Communication, training, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment are at the heart of what I do. My work is driven by the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and cared for, and I’m proud to be part of a center that reflects those values.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me enjoying my nerdy hobbies, such as collecting trading cards and figurines and playing Nintendo games. These interests keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of joy and balance in life—values I strive to bring into the lives of those we support at Sierra Dragonfly Center.

Libbi (Libélula)

DCC ~ Director of Client Comfort

The Paw-some Mascot of Sierra Dragonfly Center

Did you know “Libélula” is Portuguese for “Dragonfly”? That’s where our main canine cutie, Libbi, gets her name! She’s the tail-wagging ambassador of SDC, and she basically claimed the place as hers the moment we walked in. Honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way!

Libbi is a Golden Retriever with a heart of gold (and fur just as shiny!). She’s a professional cuddler, a champion of playtime, and always ready for a good snuggle session. Want a furry greeting? Libbi’s on the case! Prefer to keep your distance? No problem, she’s totally cool with that too. Just give us a heads-up!

Quick note: Libbi is a beloved pet, not a service or therapy dog, so she’s still learning the ropes of being a perfect office pal (but she’s trying her best!).

If you’re all about puppy love, wet noses, and happy wiggles, let us know when you visit. If Libbi’s hanging out with us, we’ll be sure to introduce you to the fluffiest member of the SDC team. Get ready for some serious cuteness overload!
